Grace Services provides professional handyman services in San Jose, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Free estimates are provided upon request. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work, materials required, and site conditions. A written agreement will be provided before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

4. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Liability

Grace Services carries appropriate insurance coverage for all work performed. Our liability is limited to the scope of services outlined in the written agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues not identified in the initial assessment.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and may vary by service type.
